If you are having trouble logging into the new app:

Please make sure you are logging in with your ONLINE BANKING username and password. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO LOG INTO THE NEW APP WITH THE OLD APP USERNAME AND PASSWORD IT WILL NOT WORK.

If you are not registered for online banking (that is accessed through our website) you will need to register as a new user for Online Banking/the new Mobile app (click “SIGN UP” on the home screen of the new app, or “Register for Online Banking” on our website). Our online banking and new mobile app are ran with the same system so if you are registered for one you are registered for both. Once you are registered you should be able to log into the new app.

ALSO, when registering for the new app make sure you input your driver’s license number exactly as it appears on your driver’s license! Dashes and everything.

If your app says “Bank of Herrin has stopped” every time you try to log in we are waiting on an update to our app that isn’t quite ready yet and that will fix the problem. It has been happening to Android phones on the operating system 8, and you can check that by going to Settings, then click About Phone, then click Software Information, and it will tell you the Android Version that your phone is operating on. We apologize for the inconvenience, but in the mean time you can go to our website on your phone browser (www.bankofherrin.com) and log into online banking with the same username and password as you would use for the new app.
